  1. Home Consultation

The Full Steam Ahead experience starts with a free, in-home consultation. We want to get to know you and understand your dream home vision. To help bring your ideas to life, we encourage clients to create a digital inspiration board specifically for their remodel. During the consultation, our staff will walk you through the project step-by-step, discussing your wishlist and brainstorming ways to turn your house into your dream home.

2. Design — Planning & Preparation

The design phase truly commences upon execution of the Design Agreement, which serves as our foundational document for capturing your design preferences. To assist you in visualizing your dream home, we recommend reviewing our portfolio of past projects to identify styles that align with your aesthetic vision.

The design phase culminates in a comprehensive review of the final construction contract. Once both parties are satisfied, we'll finalize the contract, secure permits, and schedule your project's start date.

3. Build Production

Upon contract finalization and deposit receipt, we promptly start construction by upfront material ordering and thorough site inspections. This strategy avoids delays, leading to efficient project timelines. With materials ready, we follow contract specs closely with a dedicated Lead Carpenter always available. Our Head of Production makes regular visits for oversight, ensuring smooth communication and timely completion.

4. Post-Production

Once everything is finished, we'll walk you through the project to ensure your complete satisfaction before final sign-off.
